New Features


IDEXX Animana are pleased to announce version 3.2. This version includes several new features and improvements.

  • New: Financial Statements
    You can now generate financial statements, enabling you to provide clients with an overview of their invoices and payments for a given period. Invoices for a single patient will show the patient’s name on the statement and payments will be listed per ledger. To create a statement, go to the client file and look for the new “Statement” button, this will take you to a new screen where you can select the period the statement should cover, (by default; the last 90 days). A preview will be displayed instantly after which you can still adjust the period. Once you are ready to print the statement, just click ‘Create’.   • Create lists of outstanding invoices
    To simplify your debtor management we added functionality to list clients with outstanding invoices. This report contains the following information;

    • the company or client name,
    • the open balance,
    • the number of open invoices,
    • ‘payment schedule’ indication
    • ‘bad debtor’ indication
    • the date of the last statement,
    • the number of days since the last statement
    • the last payment date.

You can click the client name to go to the client file directly or click on the last statement date to view the last statement.   • New sales/package/order units
    We have added a number of common units for you to use when adding or editing products. All of them are available for both the sales units, the package units and the order units.
  • Extra columns in Turnover (Invoice Details)
    The export file of Extra > Financial > Turnover (invoice details) has been expanded with a few new columns: list price, cost price, sales price and VAT amount. This provides you with a financially more detailed insight into products and services sold.
  • iPad improvements
    We are working hard to provide a better experience for iPad users. In this release we include more improvements for better and faster usage out in the field.
