Throughout the process of implementing Animana into your practice, you will have our team in your corner, every step of the way.
Consulting and Training
Your Animana Training Consultant will consult with you and key members of your team to determine how best to configure Animana to make your practice more effective. In some cases, we will work with you to configure Animana whilst with you on-site.
Our training modules are designed not only to help you get the most out of Animana but also to help you and your staff sharpen the skills you need to keep your practice running smoothly. Whether on-site or remotely, our trainers are experts in delivering sessions that are accessible to all Animana users, regardless of previous experience or computer skills.
Converting your old software
Your Implementation Coordinator (IC) will start the process by creating your Animana account for you and ensuring that you will get access, from Go-Live on, to all the modules and features you have purchased, including your lab connections and 3rd party services.
Throughout the implementation process your IC will work closely with you and our IDEXX Data Technicians to convert as much of your existing data as possible into Animana, including products, client/patient files, and in most cases reminders, debtors, invoices, diaries, and financial/reporting, ready for for the day you switch to Animana.
Throughout the implementation process and after you go live, our knowledgeable Customer Support team are at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions you have. You will also have 24/7 access to our extensive Knowledge Base at help.animana.com.
