Chris and Katie will show you how the automated reminder report can be used as a driver to increase footfall in your practice. These reports will also show you the seasonal trends in your practice for your product groups, such as the flea group and the tick group. Emma is a Registered Veterinary Nurse who worked in Orthopaedic referrals and general practice for 9 years before her passion for Emergency and Critical Care meant that she moved to an ECC clinic where she worked for 5 years. Emma then left clinical practice to teach Veterinary Nursing before joining the team at IDEXX. She lives in South Yorkshire with her family and various pets.
Stacey Ness
Customer Success Manager SmartFlow, RVN Vet nurse
Stacey is a Registered Veterinary Technician who worked for 26 years at the Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital in Canada. She developed a passion for small animal emergency work and obtained her Veterinary Technician Specialty in Emergency and Critical Care in 2004. Feeling the need to explore more, she left the practice and joined SmartFlow in 2017, and is now helping to bring the tool to practices in the UK and Europe. She lives near Rotterdam with her boyfriend, his cat, and her Canadian rescue dog, Josie.
